Nishtha was born from the determination of a small group of women – a force that now encompasses more than 1000 tireless volunteers. United by unwavering ideals, Nishtha strives for equality through education, empowering girls to lead and uplift their communities. Through platforms for young minds, they nurture passions, creating future changemakers. Women are offered self-reliance via business opportunities.

Amidst adversity, Nishtha’s secretary, Ms. Mina Das, witnessed young survivors emerge as leaders during the pandemic, tending to medical needs, combating child marriage, and trafficking. Nishtha believes in women’s transformative power, echoing the words of Ms. Das: “Women are catalysts for change.”
