Shipping Policy

At kapeesusa our primary objective is to deliver the products to our customers in the best condition and without any delay. It is our endeavour to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving the order.

All orders placed in India are eligible for free shipping.

We ship worldwide to several locations –like U.S.A, U.K. Germany, Asia and more. For international delivery, the shipping charge is based on the weight of the package and the destination address. Before placing the order you can even check the rate, a quote will be displayed from our logistics partner DHL. Please note at the time of order creation you are clearing the freight charge only custom clearance if any will have to be borne by you or the recipient of the package.

For Shipping within India, we take 3 to 4 working days for delivery and for international delivery 6 -10 working days. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may cause delays for which kapeesusa is not liable.

Track Your Order

For every order dispatched from kapeesusa, an email is sent across the registered mail ID of the customer confirming the relevant order dispatch. The mail will also contain a tracking link from which the movement of the parcel can be tracked by the customer at any point in time.
